Myron and Brooke’s Great Road Trip Across (Part of) America
My friend and I are about to embark on a drive to Los Angeles. I did this drive not too long ago, but I was also by myself. This time, I will have the company of a good friend. However, we’re tackling this drive, because he received a promotion at work and is relocating to Los Angeles (Booo!). Luckily, I have a lot of reasons to visit that city, so I will see him often.
We are going to take our time and explore, so I should have some good stuff for this site. So far, we’re planning stops in Colorado, Utah, and Vegas. It should be a pretty fun holiday, with my sister and another good friend from Sacramento welcoming us to California on Friday. Only negative? Driving through NEBRASKA. Again. For the umpteenth time in 2011. I-80 West and I are very well acquainted, to say the least.
Updates from the road to come!

Now I see what Myron get out of the trip – he saves the cost of a flight…
By some quick calculations I estimate that half of your road trip is with a friend….while the return part is going to be Amelia Earhart style
Just try not to get lost over the pacific – for one it’s in the wrong direction…unless you are going to attempt the return part of the drive by going around the world. A bit extreme even if it is for the very good reason of circumventing Nebraska Nebraska….You might want to invest in some extreme wet weather tires and a floatation device for the car
